Why The Leader's Guía?
I'm Pamela Fuller, bestselling author of The Leader's Guide to Unconscious Bias—a book that sold more than 75,000 copies globally and became part of a movement around inclusive leadership. Writing it taught me something I carry into everything I do: the best work happens when we bring our whole selves to the table.
So when I built this company, I chose guía instead of "guide"—honoring my Dominican heritage and grounding this work in a simple belief: leadership is richer when we embrace who we actually are. This isn't a play on words. It's a commitment to cultural richness, diverse perspectives, and the courage to lead differently.
My co-founder, Cicely Washington, and I have known each other for nearly 25 years—first as mentor and mentee, then as dear friends, now as family. She was one of the first people in my life to truly see me, and building a business together from that kind of authentic connection just made sense. We are a team committed to each other and to our clients' success.
