She's the lead author of The Leader's Guide to Unconscious Bias: How to Reframe
Bias, Cultivate Connection and Build High-Performing Teams—a book that has shaped how organizations around the world approach inclusive leadership. For more than 15 years, Pamela has worked across public and private sectors, helping clients solve complex problems by driving behavior change and amplifying performance.


Pamela is a professionally certified coach, holding an ACC from the International
Coaching Federation and a CPCC from the Coaches Training Institute. She works with Fortune 500 leaders navigating high-stakes transitions and organizational
transformation, as well as ambitious entrepreneurs ready to scale their businesses and achieve breakthrough results.


Previously, Pamela served as an Area Vice President at BetterUp, a global digital
coaching provider, and as Franklin Covey's thought and practice leader on DEIB. As a Regional Vice President of Sales, she supported some of the organization's most strategic accounts, building more than $30 million in personal revenue and driving over $100 million as a sales leader.


Pamela is a highly sought-after consultant, speaker, and strategist who has addressed leaders at the United Nations System, US federal government, and Fortune 500 companies on topics including unconscious bias, high-potential leadership, and building inclusive cultures. Her insights have been featured on TD.org and the Living Corporate podcast.


Whether she's coaching executives through career-defining moments, designing go-to- market strategies for ambitious entrepreneurs, or leading book launches to bestseller status, Pamela brings the same commitment: deep connection, authentic partnership, and a relentless focus on results.

Pamela holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.  She also currently serves on the Board of Trustees for her sorority, Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Senoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc.

Pamela lives in Maryland with her husband and three children, where they spend their free time exploring all manner of mythology and anime and getting on as many planes as time and budget will allow.
